HISTORY OF
VECCHIO RISTORO
Owners Filippo Oggioni and Paolo Bariani have maintained the history and quality of the Vecchio Ristoro restaurant since 2019, making it Aosta’s historic landmark for fine dining. Since 2026, Tommaso Lupo has ensured authenticity and innovation in the kitchen, while the warm welcome and hospitality are expressed through an extensive wine list designed to ensure the best both on the plate and in the glass: this is the philosophy that inspires the Vecchio Ristoro, awarded a Michelin star since 2021.

Chef Filippo Oggioni and Chef Tommaso Lupo offer daily changing tasting menus in five steps, alongside seasonal à la carte dishes. The menus also change based on your needs and preferences, evolving with respect for the daily market and fresh produce.
